Notice to Customers who Purchased the Compact Digital Camera "RICOH GR IV"

Thank you for choosing our products and for your continued support.

We would like to inform you that we have released new firmware (version 1.04) for the currently available compact digital camera "RICOH GR IV", which includes the following two improvements:

• To prevent the battery from being consumed due to wireless communication continuing to operate even when the battery level is low, we have revised the control specifications so that wireless communication automatically turns off when the battery level becomes low.
• To reduce battery deterioration, we have revised the charging control specifications to prioritize safety and stability.

Both updates are designed to improve overall usability for customers, so please be sure to apply the firmware update.
